Cancellations for bookings with
a balance value of up to £250,
made by 72 hours prior to the
expected arrival time** will
not be liable for the
outstanding balance. Bookings
with a balance value exceeding
£250 – the full non-refundable
balance is required 14 days
prior to arrival; or full
payment at the time of booking
if within 14 days.
NB We strongly advise all
members of your party have
adequate up to date Travel
Insurance – we can arrange this
for you if required.

The
balance is payable on Arrival.
We accept Cash, Cheques to
Guarantee Card limit, Euros,
Switch, Maestro, Visa &
Mastercard.
In the
unlikely event it becomes
necessary for us to cancel your
booking prior to arrival due to
circumstances beyond our control
- we will refund all monies paid
by you. No other compensation
will be payable.
Check Out Time – by 1030 on day
of Departure
We are currently unable to
accommodate Children under 13.
Please also note, we cannot
accept dogs (this does include
keeping a Dog in the car
overnight).
To avoid disappointment, we
advise our main
guest accommodation
is at First Floor level accessed
by a single flight of stairs -
this may prove unsuitable for
some guests.
To ensure safety, comfort &
enjoyment for all G uests &
F amily please note we do
operate a strict
N o-S moking,
N o-D rugs (including
excess Alcohol)
policy. We reserve the right to
deny access or curtail any
guests’ stay if this condition
is not adhered to.
In these circumstances – no
refund will be given, and an
unlimited additional charge
may be made to cover the cost of
cleaning.
